I am a Bengali and this is not Kolkata style. This is more like the batata vada type. Kolkata aloo chop wont use onion and garlic as its considered to be nonveg for us. Having said this, I appreciate so much you trying out kolkata food and loads of love and support and ofcourse u get a like button hit also as I just love you.
