I have a all in one pc and it has directx12 and i tried everything to run thag game but i cant as thi video says i need a graphic card not in built a dedicated one right or correct me!!
Its impossible if your GPU doesnt support DX12 (Feature Level 12_1): 1. if you run dxdiag and you see DirectX 12, Either its your iGPU, you can check your dedicated gpu feature level 2. iGPUs are not supported. 3. Forcing the app to use DX11 won't work as the game wasn't made for it. Basically unless your gpu supports Feature level 12_1, it won't work.
hey so you seem to know what your doing, i have done basically everything else and when i checked dxdiag it said my direct x version is 12 but its still not working, got any ideas?

Other types of integrated graphics cards are also not supported. Thank you for your understanding.If you have any other game-related questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us. We'd appreciate it if you could be considerate and evaluate our service." And it turns out my graphics card isn't supported. The main problem is, there is no reliable method of contacting support other than discord, and it's a pain in the ass to go through discord to do it when it's much more efficient to have a dedicated ticket portal. And it sucks that they don't support many driver options.

Yes you need a dedicated GPU to play the game. Integrated GPUs won't work.
when I tried the game it worked the first time then this happened I don't know why?

I agree but I think its feature level 12_2, my GPU goes up to 12_1 and it still wont let me run it, it's so sad.
Is there any way the game can be played on a gtx 1050 laptop? it doesn't support directx 12 ultimate so my friend can't play the game.

When you upload a "guide" like this it would save people time to include the OS you are working from.
This game doesn't run on DirectX 11, run the game and show with -dx11
