    I know it's hard to tell exactly how a speaker sounds unless you're listening to it in person. The sound samples didn't impress me it lacks detail and sounds compressed. I haven't heard any other speakers at this price point though. Thanks for the review. 💯👍🇺🇸

      Thank you. You’re right, especially with UA-cam’s compression, you’re not going to get the true sound of the speaker, but at least an idea of how it’ll sound.

    Hardly any bass. The Uboom L is smaller but so much better. Earfun blew it on this one.

    Sounds like a hot mess and looks like a lot of generic, cheap Chinese speakers out there today. Really disappointed that Earfun would put out something this poor.

      I agree it looks really meh..
      Speakers like boom 2 are also kinda cheap but at least it's designed in a soundcore way

      Ull be more disappointed with uboom x since it is a pure copy of tribit blast on the front. But ok

      @@jokjoan Except that because of Oluv's tuning, Uboom X will probably be the finest sounding battery powered speaker on the market...

      @@lukabosnjak3829oluv is not a tuning master, he has his own taste in tuning, and not everyone will like it.

      So is it THIS INSTEAD of that "Uboom X" that Oluv was saying was gonna be best SOUND on earth?

    • @lukabosnjak3829
      @lukabosnjak3829 2 місяці тому

      @@shoerice5083 7 different tunings, all of which can be traced back to the original sound of the Neumann kh80. And honestly I don't even see what is exactly subjective about sound...
      What Oluv did here is basically achieved an objectively correct sound and varying the amount of bass and treble for different use cases with a bit of "3d" surround effect and loudness compensation on some settings, exactly as it should be, neutral correct sound and then everyone can choose the amount of bass and treble to their liking without ruining the entire balance of the sound and getting rid of detail in any spectrum. What is more that I don't get with subjectivity in sound is that from what I've seen so far, general hearing between the people is actually really similar (even in iems people will get used to some trash because our brain gets used to the sound signature and starts to perceive it as more natural over time)...
      I'm pretty sure that I've realized why Oluv's Gadgets got banned, Olaf is very much honest but more importantly knowledgeable, and telling someone that something they bought isn't the best or isn't even good at all is a direct intelligence attack on that person except that Oluv was showing (as objectively as I've seen in audio) why he says something.
      Biggest thing is that I've tried what Oluv was doing myself and it really is true, you can get some crapy speaker or headphone and with every eq correction that you make towards the smoother frequency response, you suddenly get slightly more sound, you can pick out some instrument with more easy, you can hear that a voice in some song sounds more natural etc. So please what do you mean by different taste and "he is not a tuning master" (which is Alan Ross's line if I remember correctly, who in fact didn't show me anything except of that good old saying that its subjective)?
