Soflo, the situation you described regarding the customer service at the airport, is one of the reasons why I would NEVER travel back to Jamaica....!!! I had an awful experience one year, and vowed never to go back. I'm British-born of Jamaican parentage - so what your subscriber said that they only do it to Jamaicans itnt true. I speak the King's English but I have a fiery temper, so it's best that I avoid that place....There are other beautiful Caribbean islands that I visit and always made to feel very welcome! True I've had a lot of family that were military Army/AF/Marines then many members dare not.
I’m a Shakeria! I now pack a suitcase inside of a suitcase and pay the $35 for the extra bag instead of the overweight fee.
SouFLo, another problem with the military draft is that the system has found that 77% of USA youth age 18 to 26, even if they were to volunteer to enter any branch of the military would NOT qualify, mainly due to obesity; followed by illnesses such as juvenile diabetes and epilepsy; followed by felony criminal records and also an inability to pass a basis level education test!
The military is planning to include a basic work-out-for-weight loss program. There is also the suggestion to include females in the draft as well.

No where like home, the other islands are lovely but not the flavor of our Island home. The breeze, the smells of jerk seasons, the feel. You cannot fully express returning there, the North coast with the all inclusive hotels, and foods, the ocean to sit by and have a Rum and coke, or planters punch, and dream holidays and lazy days away. Then you want to stay, but must leave. Your safety is at risk.

Bwoy SouFlo the driving is bad, over taking and squeezing in front of you, you have to be ready with your foot on the brake. But for the twelve days i was there i didn’t see a single accident, just like the dogs did not see one get hit by a car, they know how to navigate the streets.🇯🇲🇨🇦

The Riu hotels are affordable, the all inclusive, all the food and drinks you can consume, You want to stay for weeks, months, but must return back to the USA asap. Things have changed.
Souflo next time you travel don't leave your house without a change of clothes. It happens to my father, going to St Elizabeth where he had to go to the bushes and poop.His truck has clothes. And a extra shoe.towel and toilet paper. I leave hand towels also.

Good morning Soulflo. I am living in America for 33yrs and I get home to Jamaica 🇯🇲. This year because. My mother died 8th of March 2024. Soulflo my mother house in Portmore and it grilled inside and outside. I use to sleep with the window open. Now I closed it. When my father Rasimus was alive I go everywhere. And I never afraid now I am taking my young soldier with me. I am giving him more strength in the Army.
I guess I am doing myself a disservice haven’t bee not Jamaica in 29 years.

I was climbing/talking with a family. from Ohio. Halfway up my cousin joined me so I spoke to her in patois, HIM STOP HELP MI, another young man bust the move, he helped me.
