I'm 17 lol and she really gives good advice. I feel weirdly like a proud older sibling to see this teen with a beautiful personality who I soon know will turn out to be a great person and one of the best singers.
In one sentence she advises the girl to help a boy own up to his crush on her and in the next sentence she turns them into a long-married couple relating how it happened to their own kids. She spins up a family's origin story in two sentences, with a smile and a little laugh. What a creative genius.
I know. It's not a one-take live, but I don't imagine it was more than 5 mins, off the cuff, and they've just chopped some stuff out, no re-takes. Brilliant stuff.
I don't know if you've seen it but you should see how much mileage Grace gets talking about her difficulties getting strawberries to go from a fancy restaurant. If you google Grace Vanderwaal strawberries you'll see ten minutes of hilarious, spontaneous storytelling by Grace.
That bit about being straight up with guys is ridiculously good advice.

Prakash Patel might be because Grace spent the 1st 3 years of her life in one part of America and the rest up by New York City. Maybe it's the musical talent that gives her the ability to do different accents
