In other words, Apple (or any other organization) will just list their shares onchain directly, the shares aren't handled or settled by the intermediary banks and clearing houses like they are today. The banks putting RWAs on chain is akin to the newspapers putting their content online in the early 2000s, but eventually the newspapers became far less relevant and many went out of business, because anyone could publish info online directly and the internet became a better source of news/info than reading a newspaper.
Banks could still curate assets and build financial products. That's their role and it could have some value. Using your example, you still read newspapers online.
