Based on the quality of the newscast, you can definitely tell this is a small media market.

In other words, it was pretty much a cheap news operation, kinda like the one we had here in the Harrisburg/Lancaster/Lebanon/York, PA market many years ago when WXBU Channel 15 (then the original WLYH-TV) had a separate news operation during their days as a CBS affiliate (before the LMA agreement with WHP-TV took place). They did not use live reports or fancy graphics done by a company. Everything done there was a cheap production of a newscast.
