I especially appreciated the use of colors, choice of flowers and hidden symbols like the snowman appearing on the counter in earlier episodes and then in Nge’s room. For those confused about their term "Ma" and "Nge" I made some research on Burmese and found out that Ma is an honorific for young woman, and nge is like a "friend" from childhood/teenage. (Correct me if I'm wrong 😅)
In Burmese, there’re four different pronouns to address a woman who is older than you (sister). We can say ‘AhMa’, ‘MaMa’, ‘Ma’, ‘MaGyii’. Among them, ‘Ma’ is a romantic one. We commonly use ‘Ma’ when we call our girlfriend who is older. It’s like a sweet lovely and a little flirty pronoun to call someone 😂
I am Burmese. So For those who don’t know “Ma” means a woman older than you (usually called as in terms of love interest). “Ngel” in this case is probably just the name of the girl but the meaning of her name is “young”

I have to say that I had my doubts about Nge being real or a figment of Ma 's imagination. I didn't thought that she was actually an ilusion because her husband hit Nge in a car accident. So sad 🥲. So, Nge is now recovered but doesn't remember meeting Ma. We need a S2.
I am happy about Nge being real. The director actually set up a "tease" for a second season of the drama when Nge said at the end, "Someone was calling me from the inside." We all know that was Ma. A perfect place to start season 2, ep. 1 is for Nge to go to the Cafe and meet up with Ma. I think it would be very interesting to watch, don't all of you?

i thought it means "big sister ". like in the Philippines, in our dialect (waray) .❤ "mama" means "big sister".
