Understand Karma and don't blame misfortunes on collective categories that are absurd: the category of Kiwi people, the category of white people, the category of human males.
If you encounter nasty or sneaky people outside a Dharma center, you have the choice to do not meet them again. In Dharma centers you meet this kind of people again, again and again. This causes a lot of learning and transformation on the one hand. On the other hand it takes a lot of power and effort to cope with such difficulties. It is especially hard when you are a beginner on the Path of the Budda. Additionally I - for my person - found a lot of kind people outside of Dharma centers. Dharma centers are not a naturally host of kind people. There a lot of nice and kind people outside of Dharma centers. In this point I would disagree with Rinpoche 16:01
The reality of a unified and perfect consciousness that inherently exists is closer to the concept and belief of Buddhism. References to "gods" in Buddhism are references to a type of being, just as as humans, animals, spirits. Individual beings are manifestations of this Consciousness.

If god created human than who created god?
No creator Buddhism.
It is a different philosophical and belief system. There is no "God" in the sense that Christians, Jews, Muslims believe in.
