I had a mental breakdown today because my anxiety got triggered due to the similarity of today with previous experiences . Your video came at the right time , i needed to hear these things today. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety last year but making dhikr of astagfirullah has helped me a lot along with medications and coping techniques.

I can understand Ek waqt tha jab I need my space I need to stay alone lagta tha But ab sirf husband and me .. maximum time husband works even thought he supports me a lot. Tab yad ata hai past.. been brought up in joint family .. ab akele ghar katne ko lagta hai. I faced and sometimes still face depression at times .. evey day work me kahi we get distracted but it’s there. I tried to fight it by making new hobbies m, by creating a sense of discipline and also showing up for myself and my closed ones every time ! Hope it helps anyone who is also reading this !

I don’t know your residence status in uk 🇬🇧but if you get permanent status you can secure a study loan and start studying something which you searched before have job opportunities!! You can return the loan in easy payments plans . Also you don’t need to do full time job to get tired and unable to create a balance just two days of 6-7 hours of work and rest days off to focus on household. Love ❤️

I've been watching your recent as well as old vlogs every other day while doing home chores and I can tell one thing about you, which is quite rare in people, that you reflect on your behaviour and you actually take measures to change it (if bothering). I'm just 19 and I have a lot to see in life yet but with the life I have lived, I can say that this personality trait is rare in people but life changing. And I learn something beneficial from you in every video of yours which I believe helps me a lot in my religious and worldly life. Thank you for that.
Same thing happened with me but i went into severe depression after delivering babies... i really wanna convey to people that plzzz keep changing ur daily routine work... don't just stick to ur same daily routine specially in abroad. Spend less time at home sometimes. When we are sticked to same things same routine circle then our mind rotates within that circle only and we may develop anxiety and depression... in pakistan we face siblings parents neighbours interferences some disputes in muhalla some news from aunties we get to listen discuss so many things on daily basis which keeps our minds busy with different things and thoughts...so people hardly get anxiety or depression problems there.... hope u understand my point... what i am trying to make people understand... ❤

Shayad meri anxiety kuch zyada ho gai thi, I sought help from a Muslim therapist who helped with bringing everything back to our deen and remembrance of Allah سبحانہ وتعالی. I joined the gym, I try to eat well and am way better than before الحمد للہ عزوجل. May اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی keep you safe and well.
@@kashmala1998 As therapists do. She listened to me and guided me. What was best was that she is a Muslim so she understood the situations I was in and knew that we as Muslims want to keep things calm without causing separations and that Allah's guidance comes before everything else.
6:00 I live outside Pakistan & I can resonate with all the words you spoke about living alone , depression & weather. It is really really really hard to live alone. And some day I fear that I will die of this loneliness. I try to keep myself busy in cleaning the house, walk etc, and for a few days I’m okay… but again I become depressed. I really feel the value of family & friends. But in my case during depression I also don’t like to phone call anybody.

I have been through probably the same stage as you and as you said it’s most likely something all of us immigrants or probably even locals face after moving here.I self realised ,self diagnosed and decided to heal it by making small changes like u and a big one again like you which is prioritizing myself over everyone and since then I can’t emphasize enough on the fact that to be fit enuf to take care of others we first need to be fit ourselves and fitness is both mental and physical. You can't imagine i have gone through the same situation since October and I entered the dark night of the soul phase i was completely shattered and broken and whatever happened to me i didn't have the audacity to share with anyone i prayed alot did morning and nigh azkaar make alot of duwa and after 8 months I'm alhamdulillah out of that phase i shared everything with my fiance and he is my biggest support system because of him i came of all this at first i hide from him but then Allah did something which forced me to tell him and it was the biggest blessing of Allah

Great video Iqra. Mental health has become a big problem these days. I meet so many people in my line of work who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I too suffer with depression. I live on my own and try to keep myself busy, we all just need to distract ourselves before negative feelings take over our minds. I am from California .Apart from all these there is also one factor is ur body type .If u r vata person then most likely it is due to vata increase in ur body .I am also vata person so some time I also get anxiety and palpitation when I am very stressed .U should know what to eat what not .This will also help .Ashwigandha also helps because it calms nervous system .

I don’t know your residence status in uk 🇬🇧but if you get permanent status you can secure a study loan and start studying something which you searched before have job opportunities!! You can return the loan in easy payments plans . Also you don’t need to do full time job to get tired and unable to create a balance just two days of 6-7 hours of work and rest days off to focus on household. Love ❤️

I've been watching your recent as well as old vlogs every other day while doing home chores and I can tell one thing about you, which is quite rare in people, that you reflect on your behaviour and you actually take measures to change it (if bothering). I'm just 19 and I have a lot to see in life yet but with the life I have lived, I can say that this personality trait is rare in people but life changing. Same thing happened with me but i went into severe depression after delivering babies... i really wanna convey to people that plzzz keep changing ur daily routine work... don't just stick to ur same daily routine specially in abroad. Spend less time at home sometimes. When we are sticked to same things same routine circle then our mind rotates within that circle only and we may develop anxiety and depression... in pakistan we face siblings parents neighbours interferences some disputes in muhalla some news from aunties we get to listen discuss so many things on daily basis which keeps our minds busy with different things and thoughts...so people hardly get anxiety or depression problems there.... hope u understand my point... what i am trying to make people understand... ❤

😢 most important 😢 pls read and understand everyone. Mere saat bhi aisa hi kuch ho raha hai that iam not happy from inside feeling very depressed and stressed all the time for no reason 😩 kyunki mai thode din se qabar me aisa hora waisa hora reels dekhe thai or mere mind me bas wahi chalta hai 😢 because of that am suffering from mental illness 😢 total sad from inside for no reason 😭 I don’t know but I have started listening sureh baqrah and sureh mohammed so i feel very relaxed now and pls stop watching bad content and bad negative reels 😒 this is my experience 😮
Apne jo bhi kaha bilkul sahi kaha hai main psych hospital ki nurse hu or mujhe pata hai sab specially medication se insan or stress me jata hai qk agar apne medicine band ki khana to worse hota hai isliye acha hai jo apne bataya hai wo sab kare or sabse important apne kisi close person wo apka bhai ho bahen ho maa baap ya friend ho us se baat kare daily ya jab wakt mile or share kare bahut acha feel hota hai mai US me rehti hu or job karke ghar ke kaam karke namaz quran padhti hu sachme Quran translate karke padhne se bahut sukun milta hai.Agar hum stress le to iska matlab hamara Imaan kamzor hai qk Allah ne kaha hai mujhpar bharosa rakho so we just hv to be patient for everything nd try to be thankful what we hv after start working in a hospital i learned how to be happy how to help others not to be angry and be thankful after seeing all patients we hv to be thankful fr our health first.If anyone wants to learn try to work in a hospital medical or psych it helps.Thank u

Shayad meri anxiety kuch zyada ho gai thi, I sought help from a Muslim therapist who helped with bringing everything back to our deen and remembrance of Allah سبحانہ وتعالی. I joined the gym, I try to eat well and am way better than before الحمد للہ عزوجل. May اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی keep you safe and well.

@@kashmala1998 As therapists do. She listened to me and guided me. What was best was that she is a Muslim so she understood the situations I was in and knew that we as Muslims want to keep things calm without causing separations and that Allah's guidance comes before everything else.
6:00 I live outside Pakistan & I can resonate with all the words you spoke about living alone , depression & weather. It is really really really hard to live alone. And some day I fear that I will die of this loneliness. I try to keep myself busy in cleaning the house, walk etc, and for a few days I’m okay… but again I become depressed. I really feel the value of family & friends. But in my case during depression I also don’t like to phone call anybody.

I have been through probably the same stage as you and as you said it’s most likely something all of us immigrants or probably even locals face after moving here.I self realised ,self diagnosed and decided to heal it by making small changes like u and a big one again like you which is prioritizing myself over everyone and since then I can’t emphasize enough on the fact that to be fit enuf to take care of others we first need to be fit ourselves and fitness is both mental and physical.

You can't imagine i have gone through the same situation since October and I entered the dark night of the soul phase i was completely shattered and broken and whatever happened to me i didn't have the audacity to share with anyone i prayed alot did morning and nigh azkaar make alot of duwa and after 8 months I'm alhamdulillah out of that phase i shared everything with my fiance and he is my biggest support system because of him i came of all this at first i hide from him but then Allah did something which forced me to tell him and it was the biggest blessing of Allah

Great video Iqra. Mental health has become a big problem these days. I meet so many people in my line of work who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I too suffer with depression. I live on my own and try to keep myself busy, we all just need to distract ourselves before negative feelings take over our minds. Different distractions work for different people, we need to focus on what works for us. Stay blessed always and take care. 🙏😘💕

Iqra this is same my story. I recently moved to saudia from UK. Or yahan muje itna akela feel hona start hogya husband offc jatay or ma sara din akely UK jesi bahir b itna nai ja sakti ti ma. Or sara din baat baat pe rona phr panic attacks anay lag gy. Ajaib ghabrahat hona k Allah khair kry kia honay wala hai. Mane b surah duha start ki or astagfar ki tasbeeh.
I am from California .Apart from all these there is also one factor is ur body type .If u r vata person then most likely it is due to vata increase in ur body .I am also vata person so some time I also get anxiety and palpitation when I am very stressed .U should know what to eat what not .This will also help .Ashwigandha also helps because it calms nervous system .
