I think a good amount of cheese is necessary especially if you add condensed milk to it. I've never had spaghetti with condensed milk before. The sweet style spaghetti sauce is usually enough.
Dillon, it's normal in the Philippines on every local road. It's protection for the house. You really need to get used to the dogs. You won't change the custom 80 million people follow. Won't take long to make friends with the dogs. Just don't let them win.
Don't be aggressive with the dogs. Just give them a piece of bread every time you meet them... Have a bite on the bread, first. Then, throw it to them...

Your spaghetti has too much condense milk. There is a kremdensada (a combination of cream and condense milk). The brand is Angel... It makes your spaghetti sweet and creamer... Just add according to your taste...
