So cool! 😍 I've been looking for a really good build for exactly this lot for ages, and yours is so beautiful and fits in so well! All the dim lights and neon details on the inside, the intensely glowing graffiti, the attention to realism by adding a place for coats, the layout, and even the amped-up exterior just make a very stylish whole, even though the building itself without the neon lights would look rather innocent from the outside. The palm trees in combination with the pink somehow made me think of flamingoes, so in my head, that is their mascot. 😆 I can hardly wait to visit this place with my sims now; it's time to party! 🎉

Love the interior... the exterior needs work. Maybe make it look more industrial. Looks more like a vampire house on the outside.
