Hi, PJ. I substituted the wall-aided quad stretch with a twist and grabbed my heel (I thought it would take me too long to get into position on the wall). Now to do your pelvic stability/kegel video.

Absolutely LOVE the matching red tops - the black tights just accented that happy colour. Now- a ‘little’ uncorordinated? How about a LOT! I always claim to have 3 left feet- my brain is the 3rd. Just realized that i did this one instead of day 4. Do i do a cardio on day 6 since I did day 5 today? I know you shouldn't strength train back to back.
Swap the days around - Do Day 4 next is lower body and Day 6 is total body. Knowing you will have back to back strength days and taking it a little lighter for the leg moves in Day 6.
I love cardio! BUT, that last stretch, foot on the wall, doesn’t work for me. I just can’t been my knee that much. Btw, I switched the 5th and 6th to lighten the weekend load. It didn’t help. Thank you ,PJ and Tia!
Yes, that stretch can be too much. Whenever I do it again in a video you can decide if you want to focus on the quad or the hip flexor. If it's the quad: do the standing heel to bum stretch. If it's the hip flexor: do the stretch as I do it, just don't place your foot against the wall. I hope that helps Ellen.
