    Great workout! The reason why I came back to this channel was specifically for low impact, HIIT. These are hard to find and you have a way of getting my heart rate up that seems doable. Thank you!

    It’s cold here in the mid-Atlantic. This workout is better than a space heater!
    Tia, you need to do what I do - just wear black or gray socks!

    Hi, PJ. I substituted the wall-aided quad stretch with a twist and grabbed my heel (I thought it would take me too long to get into position on the wall). Now to do your pelvic stability/kegel video.

    My first time doing the workouts in Real Time along with the 12 days of Xmas. I always appreciate the modifications for osteoporosis. I have a shoulder injury so am modifying but still getting the effects. Thanks! Hey, no sock shaming :) Tia is a good sport. Have you seen the bottoms of mine?

    Absolutely LOVE the matching red tops - the black tights just accented that happy colour. Now- a ‘little’ uncorordinated? How about a LOT! I always claim to have 3 left feet- my brain is the 3rd. Oh well- never mind dancing, so long as I can do PJ’s workouts. Thanks to both PJ & Tia. See you tomorrow. 🇨🇦🎒❤️🍷☕️‼️

    Just realized that i did this one instead of day 4. Do i do a cardio on day 6 since I did day 5 today? I know you shouldn't strength train back to back.

      Swap the days around - Do Day 4 next is lower body and Day 6 is total body. Knowing you will have back to back strength days and taking it a little lighter for the leg moves in Day 6.

    The tap side and back exercise starts to hurt my lower back esp on my right hand side, is this normal?

      Hi Claire - be sure to engage your core and adjust how far you bend forward. A little discomfort is normal but not pain 😍

    I love cardio! BUT, that last stretch, foot on the wall, doesn’t work for me. I just can’t been my knee that much. Btw, I switched the 5th and 6th to lighten the weekend load. It didn’t help. Thank you ,PJ and Tia!

      Yes, that stretch can be too much. Whenever I do it again in a video you can decide if you want to focus on the quad or the hip flexor. If it's the quad: do the standing heel to bum stretch. If it's the hip flexor: do the stretch as I do it, just don't place your foot against the wall. I hope that helps Ellen.
