It's interesting to see where the world is going. The leader can be any idiot, but when the subordinate is the same, he must be fired. Give her two tough choices. Dismissal or work in the cleaning section on different shifts. under strict conditions for a long period of time. Any violations or abusive behavior will result in getting fired. If she refuses the cleaning duties and is rude to other staff members , she will know what the result will be.

The appropriate response is to leave him alone as long as he is a passenger with a ticket. Homeless traffickers should be escorted out of the airport by airport security or airport law enforcement.

Great video I love how the security officer stood up to him and reminded him that she doesn't work for the airline she works for the airport so she doesn't have to do what he says although she probably should have protected that man security Personnel are not there just to throw people out they have to protect the people also looks like the president of the airline let the power go to his head and made him think that he's the boss of everyone and and the airline worker that brought him into flight that was great but I can't believe that he used that baggage worker to lock him against his will that's not his job and that man should be arrested that's false imprisonment

The airline president needs to upgrade their passenger identification system to identify who gets on and off their planes. Technology now exists to add a photograph of the customer to an airline bording pass and a baggage claim ticket. Policies need to be implimented and enforced to ensure that their employees can properly identify customers. Simply repremanding and/or firing an employee working under an antiquated system will not solve the problem.

What lesson should Ruth learn from this experience. If she’s fired, she’ll probably repeat the pattern somewhere else. I think she ought to be reprimanded by the airline. She was so disrespectful to the passenger right from the beginning. I have assisted thousands of passengers in difficult situations, and advised them of their missing bags from the system. She should have done it on her own without the involvement of her president of the airline! However, she should be given more training in order to help more customers in a similar situation!
