Christ was our Passover Lamb. Why was there a Passover Lamb? To continue to make sacrifices is to reject Jesus as your Messiah. When the resurrected Jesus presented the value of his sacrificed human life to God in heaven. Psalm 40:6, Hebrews 10:7 "My God, I want to do what you want" God is not pleased by animal sacrifices. Jews do not believe in a savior, and do not believe that sacrifice has anything to do with a savior or mashiach. The Temple, no longer is available since destroyed, which was the only place allowed by halakha for sacrifices. We are now the Temple of The Holy Spirit, and walk in the sacrifice of The Lord Jesus Christ and risen Life. His death fulfilled the law's requirements and ushered in grace. Hebrews 12.

Yeshua was indeed the Lamb, but He held up the Matzah, not the Lamb bone when He said "this is My body." The third cup, the cup of redemption, is the one He took when He said "This is My blood." There are biblical reasons for this. Please study the various and multiple bible verses I gave in this lesson. The sacrifices will be reinstated - and All BELIEVERS - from all nations will observe them during the Millennium. They sacrifices are not done today because there is no Temple. Only one of the five types of sacrifices was for sin. The others had different reasons. For the time between the death, burial, resurrection, and ascension to the Temple's destruction in 70 AD, the believers, led by James, still offered the sacrifices, understanding they had not been abolished. I am Jewish, I do believe in a Saviour, my Messiah Yeshua (His real name). If you wish to discuss the scriptures I used, please do so. An ever-increasing percentage of Jews today not only believe in a Messiah, but are full blown believers, as am I. Please discuss scripture references.
