I applied to CSULB in the 90s(along with USC and NYU). Got accepted to LB and USC, NYU rejected me! Wish you the best! Do good… make your future self proud!!
USC is a lot harder to get in compared to any CSU college, tho. I knew 2 people who went to CSULB while I went to a NorCal csu. 🙃 I recommend Socal, it's a better opportunity & the closer the city, a better chance to have a job based on your major. I have to drive 2hrs for a job interview based on my major 😭
Hi love!! I really like csulb! The school has a lot to offer in terms of clubs and organizations and campus is really nice! There’s a coffee bean there which makes my days a lot better haha I also love the area it’s in! It’s super close to the beach which I love and there’s a lot to do in and around Long Beach! Dm me on Instagram if you have any questions 🫶🏼🫶🏼
@@hannaafzelius7234 I guess its because I just don't feel Criminal justice is my thing, the more I learn and look at the jobs, the more I dont care. I really don't know what I want to do, all I know is that I want a major and graduate from college I'm trying to find a career right for me
You aren't alone! I'd suggest scheduling with a financial aid advisor & a counseling adviser (not your major advisor) . Since you commented 3 months ago, the best chance is to do it now since March is going to be a busy month for everyone. I used to work as a counseling assistant booking appointments for students. So your best bet is schedule with them now, in-person, over the phone, or zoom. Whichever you prefer. And good luck! Don't feel too bad. I've changed my major twice I believe lol my last major "child development" wasn't my calling
Hello, I applied for Computer science and engineering (CSE) in CSULB. I have only 3.3 gpa.I'm afraid that I could get into university with this gpa? What do you think?
Are you applying for fall 2023? Csulb has been accepting a lot of students with GPAs in that range (I was accepted last yr as a bio major with a 3.3 gpa, then again as an English major). Good luck!
