I think the issue is the railing…. The floor is Greyish, the railing looks orangy. I would either make the railing black or the same color as your floor. Too many wood shades going on

I definitely think the railing should be painted. And then everything will look great! It’s going to be really hard to get wood to match and even if it does match it might be too much.
I think no matter what table you are going to get there you will still not like it. The railing is definitely throwing everything off, I think he should get the railing painted black and everything in the house would look 10 times better🥰

Put a runner or table cloth on the dinning table. Runner by itself is fine too. Darker runner may help tie all the colors together.

Maybe rethink the expresso rails. Do you really want to live in a black white gray house? The rails look great in contrast. Stain them to match the table you love. Thats an easier match. Your more likely to fall in love with a table.

I think that if you got a dining room rug with both cool and warm tones it will compliment the color of the railing and the dining table!

I actually loved Ramy and Mo…but I’m a revert and not arab so idk. Maybe it’s because ramy is in New Jersey so it’s more of the urban lifestyle? He brings up issues like growing up Muslim during 9/11, bullying/being left out, inequality between raising sons and daughters, interfaith relationships, dealing with people who are new or interested in what Islam is about, and the struggle of immigrant parents. Idk I really enjoyed it lol I thought it was so interesting

Amanda you could style your table and make it pop.You could find a table runner to go with the railing and add candles and flowers to make it all match.Just my little suggestion.
Try the Low Fodmap diet. It's an elimination diet that requires you to eliminate "trigger" foods and introduce them back one by one (weekly). This will show you exactly what you're sensitive/allergic to. This process also helps you to heal your got. Trust me, I've suffered with IBS for over 10 years and this helped me tremendously. To a point now my body is less sensitive to the "trigger" foods and I'm able to still enjoy them from time to time. Hope this helps 🌸

Try eliminating straw usage with your drinks for a few days and see if that helps your bloating. If that doesn’t help, try eliminating dairy next. If that doesn’t help, get checked for celiac disease.

I just bought furniture to my new apt and it’s so hard to find a good color, and wood color do not print good in photos, so no matter what, I never can take good picture of something I already have at home and take to the stores to compare .

no in America people let them rot on the porch. Its wasteful but I suppose you can eat them.
For an at home food sensitivity test I would recommend everlywell. I took it and once I received my results i removed the triggers and I am feeling amazing. I gave it some months and I’m focusing on healing and slowly incorporating the triggers again once a week or so and my body is thriving. Balance.
😂 I understand not being able to stay up late. Every time and anywhere I pass out by 10:30-11pm
Everlywell has a great food sensitivity test!! You’ll have to do finger pricks at home but way better than having to go to a blood draw center in my opinion!

As someone going to school to be a registered dietitian we don’t recommend the sensitivity tests because they aren’t very accurate. Best bet is to see a GI doctor and a dietitian who can help you pinpoint the origin since our job is how good affects people. Best of luck!

Hi Amanda! My less than 2 cents: I think you could consider a dining table that's the same colour as the cabinet or when you find the perfect wooden table, perhaps you could consider staining the railings again to match the wood stain of the the new dining table. I personally think the issue is the black part of the railing, so you could also consider painting the rest of the railing black like what some commenters have also suggested. :) Btw, I read somewhere that cats dislike the scent of citrus so some people make homemade citrus sprays (they probably sell them as well!) and spray them onto textiled furniture, perhaps you guys could try that with Simba if you haven't! Love your content as usual, can't wait to watch you style up the spaces!

It's so easy! I just get wild caught peeled shrimp (usually frozen) and marinate them with a taco seasoning. Then I do a bunch of toppings and tortillas!

Only if its hot where you are. in the northeast the mums are hardier for colder temps and shouldn't need watering every day, maybe every 3-4 days, especially if the leaves are wilted. They should come back every year but northeast winters are brutal and end up killing them.
