Dr Terrance Bennett in the 1930's did evidence based research on blood flow using x ray machines and radiopaque dyes. He found repeatedly in different individuals common points on the surface of the body that changed the blood flow to different muscles, organs and glands. These points were shown to have therapeutic benefit under circumstances when enhanced blood flow is required by the body. It is likely that these points act on the Autonomic Nervous system triggering the body to redirect blood flow through vasodilation and constriction of the the arteries and arterioles. Evidence based research that doesn't support the convention of the pharmaceutical industry tends to get buried and neglected over time narrowing people's minds and perceptions progressively over generations.
