I like the ursula cake best. I like ariel's cake design especially the bubbles/ silver decorations but the contrast of ursula cake has a better impact. Both are wonderful though.
You could also do an Ariel doll cake where most of the "skirt" is a rock and then have her fin on it. Maybe behind it in the classic part of your world post. Then decorate the rock with other gadgets, gizmos, whoosits, whatsits, and thingamabobs.
