Pomegranate whole fruit with skin and pith. Etc. Vitamin C of 5000+ mg per day is possible from traditional fruits. Potassium maybe 10,000+ mg per day. Large amounts of flowers like agathi and other. Traditionally, coriander is not an important herb for food. Most important is tulasi. Grains: red rice I think is ok but not great. Barley, barnyard millet, job’s tears (coix lacryma-jobi, காட்டு குந்துமணி). Better rices are semi-wild oryza nivara, or 60-day rice (navara grown in Kerala), etc. The perfect health of the rishis and siddhars is possible. :)
