I am not sure since I myself am not Buddhist, but my friend is... And according to her parents, there are different Perceptions among Buddhists... Some consider meat consumption as Sin, Some don't... So it boils down to what you believe on... There is no hard and fast tule.... So ig this is what happens in Soyeon's case.... Moreover Buddhism travelled to China and Korea from India, and then got adapted into their social structure and norms.... So ig in those countries people accept the religion while carrying on their age old norm of meat consumption... ❤❤
