Listen, labor & delivery on a woman's body is no joke. Literally can be a life and death situation for mom and baby. Thank God you all had a safe labor and delivery process. 🙏🏾. Welcome, baby Rylan!🎉. It is for this reason why I do not understand why anyone would harm women and children.

It took me forever to have my son. My son was 8 lbs. I went in on Monday and didn’t have him until Wednesday. They had to break my water. Now he is 28 and 6’5. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yesss same here l went in on 9/18th/87 had my C-section on 21st🥺....whereas my due date was on 9/4/87😔 ....l was big but my babygirl 💓was only 7lbs 9oz but lengthy @21"...Nowww she's 36 with 2 of my grandchildren which at birth they both was 8-9lbs & 20" tho💙💓... I had 3 vaginal births with first two being long labors and I was over it, lol. You have such a calming disposition and Ricci too, yall are going to be good parents. I was cussing everybody out during my labors, especially my man, lol. Good job momma! We aunties are super proud of you!!

First babies always take forever. My first son in 1996 took 36 1/2 hours. I had a epidural. The next 2 I just told them to cut me open cause I can’t push another human out my cooter

Back in my day, they broke the water by using a tool. Worked like a charm. I guess this induction medication is the new way. I’m so glad they stopped with the epidural because I know someone who got two during delivery and she ended up fully paralyzed. Can’t even raise her baby. She is stuck in a bed and can’t do anything. It’s so sad. I’m glad you are ok. Congratulations to the new parents on your baby girl. 🎉

Girllll I had an African nurse after my c-section and she made me get up after 3 hours. She made me cry so bad 😂 I’m glad she did that now though.

Same scenario with my first birth. I had to get an epidural and could feel it ALL. They told me it was pressure, and the surgeon continued. I tried grabbing his hand and they put a gas mask on me. Next thing I heard was the nurse saying she was 8 lbs 8 oz. I was like😳 WHO???? 😂
So yes, it definitely happens where the epidural doesn’t work!
