- Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Minister of State Josepha Madigan asked Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald to withdraw some of her remarks on the Government's response to the stabbings at Gaelscoil Coláiste Mhuire in Parnell Square on the 23rd of October.
The remarks were made during last night's confidence motion in Justice Minister Helen McEntee, which she survived by 83 votes to 63.

She was down in parnell Square after it happened while the rest of government were sitting at home
It’s a pity that these people have more of an interest in getting spite at one another rather than fixing our country like they are meant to be doing. There is bigger issues in Ireland that need to be dealt with rather than spoke about with no action coming from it.
