19:45 similar thing happenes to me when direct drilling with the worker. My seed and fert are not used. I dont know if its the same for this because the worker is doing your field. You should check if it goes down when you do it manually.
@Farmer Cop as far as I know the compressor is a way to clean out your hoses and equipment to preserve it's life span just like the the workshop for vehicles and if you do not use the compressor your hoses will degrade faster from what I have learned. The reason for the slurry not working is first tractor not running and second the pump not running but the free fertilizer was good to know
Great to see this video, FC! Great job as usual. What I have seen so far this weekend, the compressor will "clean" the hoses. They will get clogged eventually. Cleaning also keeps the deterioration slowed down to make them last longer. It's kinda like repairs on your equipment. 👍😎
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the developers releasing new dlc and it looks great. I just think it's added a lot of extra steps for no real reason. I thought maybe it was for realism but my farmer family assured me it definitely wasn't. Great video as always though. 👍
I disagree. In Europe this way of slurry spreading is the main spreading way. Especially with big fields this way saves a lot of time. Yes this is realistic and the way the hoses work.
@@rubencamps6689 I wouldn't say the 'main' way but it's definitely a common way, especially in spring application. For later applications the needed amounts of slurry are often lower so that slurry tankers become more efficient

I spoke with my cousin about this video as he has a multi hundred acreage farm in Illinois and he was just telling me the idea of thousands of feet of hoses spread out over all the land was crazy. But, I'll be first to admit I'm not a farmer so I can only ask a real one his opinion.

With the one tank I don’t know why it wasn’t using slurry when you were using it but when you hired a worker to show that you can do so I saw that your bank account started dropping rapidly. You may have had the option “helper buy slurry” turned on. Again I don’t know why when you were using it it didn’t use any slurry though…
Really looking forward to trying this. Its something new and different and will hopefully mean not spending all my time just refilling a slurry tanker.

Still not sure why the SP12260 is so much more than the SPC1230, 1230 requires 10 less hp and goes 1mph faster with the same width.
