I’d rate this tutorial a 6.5/10 The project itself was very easy to make, unfortunately there were some steps that were a little difficult to follow. I agree with what majority of the comments here are saying that the tutorial was fast, i think a more thorough explanation would have compensated for this
I think what she meant by multiple of 3 plus two is any number that you want but needs to be a multiple of 3 or can be devided by 3 and you add 2 to that number. ex. 60 + 2 = 62 chains
I feel so proud of myself cuz at first I made a small pouch and it took me 2 days to finish HAHA but now I tried to do this and it only took me 1-2 hours 🥹

I think it's cotton yarn! For mine headband I used acrilyc yarn, it works too! (sorry for my bad english, I gived my best and I hope that I helped you!)
The entire headband is the same. I get that as beginners you need the entire row directions, but you can see there are no changes in the headband whatsoever. So it's pretty easy to assume you got the first part and know you'll be repeating that for the entire row.

I mean 3x +2, example 18 flower, 3ch x 18 =54ch, total is 54ch + 2ch = 56ch
It must be multiples of 3s. Each flower uses 3 stitches. The plus 2 is the extra for the double crochet beginning.
