But your idea of a London bubble goes against the informed analysts. The pressure from renters is exceptionally high and that is likely to continue. I can get 5.2% in a deposit account. My ETF investments have yielded 24% over the last year. And those are stable lower risk equity index funds. Just buy and forget investments. IMO The days of property investment are over.
I like how Scotland has become a large rural city by which rental prospect cities in England are compared. My geography isn't great but isn't there cities in Scotland too? Or is it just one large smelly farm yard?
