Yeah, I discovered It after a while 11
I was unprepared for water maps, but even with that my mistake was to not build outposts on land to see his landing. By the time I recognized he was on my Island, the game was already over

I would suggest you to stick with one civ. Get your win rate around 60% with that civ and the take another civ.Persians are a great one, their kamandaran crossbows and savar has almost no counters. You can also go camels with them, their eco is great. Also dont take fights without blacksmith upgrades.

Your is a very good suggestion, but playing just one civ is really boring after a while... I like the random or at least pick one civ I want to try

@@SaneCondo If you find one civ boring then have a basket of civs that you like, at 1000 elo you should focus on solid game play, see HERa's road to 2k. Good game i will sub.
