okay here's a proposed fix for Black Harvest at level 4: Instead of only giving benefits as it finishes, it would give small gradual duration increase for every stack of quest. And make it an infinite quest.
Or give the quest reward also an extra 1% dmg. So not only does the duration increase by 2 but also the health % goes from 2% Per second to 3%. Goes well with the level 16 talent that deals 60% more dmg

I've seen plenty of fan games do that too. Usually a "it's a 18v19 4v5, literally the only way they can win this game is if we fight them now. Please just get 20!" Fans team: "We're winning and I saw an enemy on the map, so I must fight as fast as possible even if it's a 1v5 engage."
