okay here's a proposed fix for Black Harvest at level 4: Instead of only giving benefits as it finishes, it would give small gradual duration increase for every stack of quest.
And make it an infinite quest.
Or give the quest reward also an extra 1% dmg. So not only does the duration increase by 2 but also the health % goes from 2%
Per second to 3%. Goes well with the level 16 talent that deals 60% more dmg
