Having sat 5mins before this practice with the intention of doing this after, I felt ready. Also I felt tired yet this gentle ..stirred my energy and feel more present!👌🏾💃and I'm gonna dance UA-cam vid now

Thank you so much for this video. ,❤️ Is there a possible variation that doesn't involve keeping your arms up the entire time? I experience too much neck and shoulder pain and would need some sort of modification. I can hold them up for part of the time but if I kept my hands in prayer at heart center for some of the time would this still be effective? Thanks so much!
Hi Brett :) always good to see you and practice. In the firsit SAT-NAM exercise I'm never sure about the breathing pattern. Do you inhale on the sat and exhale on nam?
Great video - but "infamous" does not mean really famous. It means famous for being evil, wicked abominable. For example: Hitler was infamous. I don't think you meant that Sat Kriya is famous for being evil!

The more subtle approach to this exercise is way more powerful than what other instructors teach. I can’t stand the way they over-pronounce the chant.
