It’s gelatinous and refreshing, so good for overall health. I love dried coconut meat, eating it just like that.

My in- laws had a huge coconut farm which produces hundred of thousand of bottles of coconut oil which are shipped abroad for making all kind of things. It is so amazing to see this mass production in process. People wonder how black people skin are so smooth, but that is what they used to rub your skin with as a baby all through childhood. Also crab oil. All those skin lotion can never do the job like coconut oil. Trust me. It is used for cooking as well as making hair products. Coconut oil was very cheap to purchase when I was a child. In today’s word it is a man for itself.
