Those aluminum teeth on a gear might be okay for a desperate situation, but there's no way that's reliable.

Every teeth repair is not reliable, the teeth have a special geometry, its not triangular, they Will break again

Ну, да, да, болгаркой он восстановит эвольвенту, да ещё и цементацию зубьев и поверхностную закалку сделает.....

For the metal brush, poke the steel wire all the way through to the other side and weld for a stronger bond 👍

What's the white stuff that I thought was Elmer's glue at first, but it looks like you were using it to mark your cuts? Why do you use that in lieu of a Sharpie or something?
Also, you guys produce some incredibly awesome videos, I love the unique videography techniques. Thank you for doing so, I really get a lot out of them, I only wish I could remember some of the tips when I need them!!

It's white paint marker pen, works good on oily components usually to identify them, not generally used for marking out unless you're working to wood butcher tolerance as it's about as accurate as a blunt wax crayon.

Lol. I guarantee the part of the gear he fixed is hidden, clamped in the vice jaws for the finishing scene of that first part of the video. 🤣
