Hello Julie, I have combination skin and I live in warm climate country, the way I use this Shiseido foundation is I use a matte foundation first and set with the finishing powder. Then, I use the Shiseido foundation on my forehead to make my face grows. It works beautifully that way.
Beautiful! I love mixing the foundations. Have you tried the Shisiedo Radiant Lifting foundation. So good! Or is that what you use on your forehead? You could mix that one with the matte formula as well. What's your skin type? I mix the Dior Forever Matte with the Dior Forever Skin Glow as well. It give the best of both.

I went to get injection into side of thrombosis a few days ago and the dr doing to ultrasound said nope there’s nothing there to inject so I’m still none the wiser!. It’s not carpal tunnel again or tensovititis either!. Anyways, a week on Thursday we’re off to Istanbul and my surgery is 16th!, not long now Julie!. Xx🙏❤

I feel like getting the answers to our aches and pains is almost harder than dealing with the pain. I saw the Osteopath again today. I think he's helped my lower back feel better but it's not helping my pain in my sit bones, upper hamstring and hips. The sit bones are the worst because it doesn't matter what I do. If I walk it hurts, if I sit it hurts. The only time I don't have pain is when I first wake up in the morning. We're heading to Mexico on the 14th. I'm hoping the nice weather helps. I looked up thrombosis. You thought you had a blood clot?

The foundation is magic, it's almost your own skin color and when you have given it a bit powder it looks radiant in the good health way, it's werry pretty on you. Good Morning Julie, that foundation is so very pretty. Love your look and with the lipstick, so very pretty. You could wear anything and look amazingly gorgeous. My lips are uneven and I to feel that when I wear darker lipsticks it disguises it better. Hope you feel better. I honestly think you should ask about Nerve Blocks. There’s more involved and for myself, they have to give me conscious sedation as I have so much scar tissue, they are way too painful for me. But what a relief I get from them in my nerve endings in lumbar and Thoracic region. I had to have a total right hip replacement, prior to that after my injury of my spinal cord,and pelvic floor and Rt hip, my Orthopedic Surgeon did a joint injection and I walked out of his office without assistance and pain free. It lasted almost 4 yrs. It sounds like you may not be going to the right Dr.? Hope you get some much needed pain relief sweetie.
Karla, I had an appointment with my family doctor today. I asked him about the nerve block and he's sending me to a pain specialist. I hope the doctor I see will try it. Thank you for suggesting it. I wouldn't have thought of it on my own. ❤️

I don’t know about Canada, but here in Oklahoma, new patients have to have a recent MRI and medical records as well as referral which you won’t need that since your PCP is sending you. That’s who does my nerve blocks is a pain management specialist. I drive 2 hrs to get mine done. I will be keeping you in my prayers. Keep me updated. Glad I was of some help.

I am so glad your PCP is sending you to a Pain Management Dr. They are the ones that do my Nerve Blocks and Nerve Ablation. I do have to go to Tulsa to have them done as I do require Conscious Sedation for nerve blocks. My PM Dr. Does not give that, so they send me to a specialist/ surgeon. I’m not wanting to scare you at all, but for me, I’ve had 6 major spinal surgeries and have excessive scar tissue which makes the Injections so very painful. So, if you don’t have a good pain tolerance, you might want to ask for sedation. Research Nerve Blocks in Lumbar area. We have to advocate for ourselves. The PM Dr. Will more than likely want a current MRI of your spine before seeing you. That’s what they all require here in most states and a referral as well as current medical records. I would say the Laura Mercier is moisturizing and has a buildable coverage. It looks like skin. Beautiful! In my opinion the Shiseido feels like a luxe moisturizer that acts like a foundation. My skin felt great all day with both of them.

Hi Sophie! I would say it's one of my favourite foundations I've tried this year. I want to get it in my tanned shade. It felt comfortable all day. It lasted. It felt like skincare. It's perfect for the winter months. It will be interesting to see what it feels like in the summer. I can't think of a high-end foundation it resembles. It is buildable so I could cover my hyperpigmentation but it doesn't have as much as Dior Skin Glow, Haus Labs or Shiseido Radiant Lift Foundation.
Ok, I have them in. I called right away. The eye doctor tells me it will take awhile to get used to seeing in the distance with them in. I hope so. I actually just took my left contact out and I can see distance and reading now. I'm going to call him tomorrow and see if this is an option.
Oh good, monovision works for some people with one contact for reading and one for distance but then there is no middle vision. Alot of people do really well with multi focals. Just like progressive glasses they will take a little getting used to. I was a clinician for an ophthalmologist for 7 years. Let me know how it goes 😃

Have you seen the engraving on their lipsticks?! I am trying to choose a powder, to carry something so beautiful in my bag but I need to check reviews. I have their little lip balm with the spoon but haven’t started using it (at night as a mask)
I love everything I've tried. I use their cleaning balm every night to remove my makeup. It doesn't irritate my eyes as all and it removes everything. I double cleanse of course but my makeup slides off no matter what mascara I have on. I love the powder. It's so fine and it doesn't dry me out at all. The lipstick is gorgeous! My daughter looked at it the other day and said "You can't use this, it's too beautiful."😆 I used a lot of the products in a livestream awhile ago. I'm not happy with the quality of the video so I should go through it all again with my good camera. Beautifully! I loved it. It wore well on me all day and my skin felt comfortable all day. Sometimes my face can feel tight and dehydrated towards the end of the day but it didn't when I wore this foundation.
