Also, my unown ended up having hidden power ground instead of tackle and growl. Not sure if I missed a step or something, but as of right now it hasn't changed anything. Just hidden power twice instead of tackling.
There was even more inconsistencies throughout the run that I had. I started my run sometime in the afternoon. I'm just going to list them as I remember: - The rare candy at level 26 being a full heal. - A surprise Nidoran in one of the teen waves instead of a Parasect. - Wave 19 lacking an X-attack for an ether. - Hitmonchan was KO'd by toxic instead of surviving on a sliver and the reward was a revive instead of a potion or a status heal in the teens stages. - Evolved Petilil into Lilligant at stage 28 instead of 46 since Full Heal wasn't an option and Hitmonchan was healthy. Shockingly, the other stone needed for Whimsicott was on 45 too! - Rare Candy taken on stage 29 instead of the hyper potion to catch up with the missing rare candy. - Poke Balls instead of Nugget since they're in the same spot on 31, skipped over a rare candy in a different slot. - Potion in different slot on 32 (and different items), took it for Lilligant. - Stage 34's rewards had a King's rock where the candy jar was. Took a nugget to makeup for the missing gold. - Stage 35 trainer swapped out into Dunsparce instead of letting the Passimian get KO'd by bullet punch... And the items are different, like X-speed instead of X-Special Def. Got Pokeballs anyway... - My Lilligant took 2 Ice Spinners to get taken out, and the last Excadrill wasn't getting baited into using Steel Beam using the guide. As an improv, I used giga drain into x2 Sleep Powders to put the Excadrills to sleep and just Giga drained them to death. - Bombirdier on wave 48, KO'd it with a stone edge from Garganacl. - My Reshiram fight was a meme; it whiffed 2 additional fire blasts on Garganacl, meaning 2 free earthquakes bringing it to 1 bar. Wobbuffet took it out with the counter. I have no idea what caused my run to turn out so differently despite following the guide as the Pokemon appearing were mostly the same, but it worked out.
thank you very much 🙏 Also noticed on 35 that my hitmonchan was 2 levels lower because of the missing rare candy on ~26, so he got killed when he coudlnt kill Florges. Just start the fight against the trainer with thunderpunch and you'll have enough health to survive the hit and finish Florges with a bulletpunch, if anyone struggles
My Daily run got a bit different at some point (my Unown had hidden power instead, and my Hitmonchan dealt more damage to Reshiram) but it was still kinda close in terms of RNG the whole run so it still helped a lot, thanks
There was ANOTHER code change which modified the daily run. Everything should be same but Unown doesn’t have tackle anymore so you’ll have to improvise on that part a little bit, just reload there its ok. And if you don’t see an item take the item you see that’s in the same slot. (If I have a potion in 3rd slot and I take it, take the item that’s in the 3rd slot)
They may have wanted to make small changes every so often to remove guides like these, I hope not obviously, also because then the daily ranking would make no sense because everyone does a different run, however if they were to continue like this I advise you to change style of videos, my possible advice is the following: A video where you explain/show the moves needed and the various pokemon to capture, in addition you perhaps highlight pokemon with HA and IVS at 31 (even if they could change, given that Duraludon was one shot by me and in the video instead it survives), in order a guide or tips for dealing with the gym leaders and bosses on duty. This would also allow you to make slightly shorter videos, at the expense of more editing, even if what I mean is simply writing on the screen, such as Hitmonchan: move 1 move 2 move 3 move 4 Pokemon to catch: first (found at lvl 12) second (...) the only parts to be shown would therefore be the fights against the various bosses even if maybe I'm just throwing around ideas and tomorrow the daily will be fixed
man, watching you barely make it past floor 40 as I just swept his team with hitmonchan from the start purely because of a speed up capsules difference was a great example of how one single boost makes a world of difference.
Had this run saved cuz nobody posted anything on the reddit like it usually is and lvl 1 my hitmonchan has a whole diff moveset so i guess i just fail for today
Ended up finding a rare shiny Fomantis on wave 11, and it kept showing up each time I retried the run (had to detour to catch the thing). Are shinies seeded on an individual account instead of seeded in a daily run?
I think starting from floor 26, the item start to differ, I got a full heal instead of candy, then everything is different, I got a sun stone on 28. altho I was forced to reload the game a few extra times because the game refuse to load, it might have something to do with that
Shame they’re pushing changes that change the runs. My hitmonchan didn’t level up as fast, and ended up fainting around level 35. Appreciate the video tho!

thanks mate ^^ same here

How tragic is it that the day I test out a new format and even put in some captions, the guide became useless and I had to go make this one 😭
Thanks for your help brother, in my opinion your guides are perfect 😊
Can you catch the reshiram?
Why do you reload all the time?
no comment guide?
I'm really sorry, let's hope it doesn't happen again, this change in the dailies is strange. Out of curiosity, what was the pokemon with the HA?
Thank you for the guide as always!
Also if its too fast, put the vid at 0.75 or 0.5 speed!
Thank you!
But is slow not fast and I can pause the video
thank you very much 🙏

Here and did the daily through the first vid 💪🏻

You are my hero
The pain of getting a shiny Golem on wave 31 and knowing theres nothing you can do before you either kill it or it explodes.
the video glitches out on round nine during the swap so i can't tell if you switch peti with the other petilil or decide not to swap, as a side note
Had this run saved cuz nobody posted anything on the reddit like it usually is and lvl 1 my hitmonchan has a whole diff moveset so i guess i just fail for today
Do u still have the save untouched?
Ended up finding a rare shiny Fomantis on wave 11, and it kept showing up each time I retried the run (had to detour to catch the thing). Are shinies seeded on an individual account instead of seeded in a daily run?
Seeded individually

Hitmonchan doesn’t hit as hard in the early waves now, causes your Pokemon to get KO’d
You can catch a cottonee with secret ability
also got kings rock on stage 20 instead
Shame they’re pushing changes that change the runs. My hitmonchan didn’t level up as fast, and ended up fainting around level 35. Appreciate the video tho!
aint no way
We're probably making the game laggy and worse on their servers by intentionally reloading. Hopefully they fix needing to do that.
what's the point of reloading?
It changes RNG for some future waves
Wtf Unown with Tackle and Growl 🤣
yeah mine has hidden power >:(
xD
the kirlia from the first trainers is shiny for me 🥲
Rippp
