Well thats the reason why Wangan Maxi 5DX+ was delayed for few days in some countries back then Online Update works but the way it downloads was slow as F especially here in PH
Funny how the JZS161 & UCF10 were “removed” yet their game files are seen in this update @ 7:26-7:27 & 7:29-7:30 even their Taxi variants with the T behind the chassis code.
Yeah, the North American versions don’t include it in the title most likely due to the fact that Wangan Midnight has never been officially released in the US and therefore wouldn’t be super recognizable to people. That being said none of the WM elements are removed from the version, the story mode still follows the story of the manga and features the cars and characters
Unsure if this is the place to ask but; did you purchase this kit from primetime amusements as well, or was it provided for free? Also, since I plan on purchasing one from them myself, while I saw in your unboxing vid that it comes in 3(the cabinet, the seat, terminal) pieces, which of the 3 is heaviest and can you estimate how heavy it is? I only need it lifted up 7 stairs. Thanks in advance if you answer.
I wish I could have got it for free! I did purchase it through PrimeTime Amusements, but it is also available through any distributor who sells Bandai Namco equipment. Just note that if you're buying for a home, you still have to pay the monthly fee and you'll have to work something out with Namco (by how I understand it) On the weight, the two monitor pieces are very heavy and a little difficult due to their height. With stairs, definitely get all the help you can possibly grab :)

Still, they have to specially register the router which will be tied to the machines. I'm just unsure if there is anything else they have you do when in a home situation (for me, I just had to fill out a form and send bank info)
I like that Bandai doesn't consider their game entertaining anymore but AMUSING™ I don't know too much about Wangan Midnight but you seem to have the most desirable version possible. Who gets the most popular between these and the crusing blast machines right next to them ? Or perhaps they are both attractive at similar levels. I didnt know it was sold beyond Asia.

We just put it in the back but was thinking of selling it. I imagine other ops either sell it or throw it in the dumpster (probably more of the latter :/ )

Not going down actually. The 6RR was on Japan & Asia/Oceanic. While kn North America, the latest was Maximum Tune 5DX+ which recent version on North America. Even, the latest Maximum Tune 6RR+ already released in Japan.

Since they don't allow for hyperlinks, it just means we post photos that few will get the full context of when it comes to a detailed story. Not sure what you mean by being standoffish to follow requests, unless you mean that we don't follow everyone that follows us as that makes for a very busy timeline where we'd miss a lot of the arcade news that we'd be using social media for but if you have an arcade related IG or channel then sure, we could follow you.

technically you could still use your old data for 5DX+ even after transferring to 6RR
