that's the Pathfinder class with the dueling spinfuser(more damage on a direct hit), and impact nitron(with the safety third perk). also he's using the speed boost not the extra energy for his armor.
I played on you on ARX novena, and i was doing the back to front route, and always on the route there was some crazy sandraker with dueling spinfusor trying to snipe me. You didn't hit me, but i could hear every disk spinning next to me somewhere, and few passed in front of my nose.
Ah. This video inspired me to go chasing with dueling spin, rage, and lightweight. I got my first ridiculous blue plate on a capper within 20 minutes! :D
it seems ur ping is very low im going to guess somewhere around 20? I get a lot of shots that would turn out like these but the disc passes through the model at 80+ ping =(

After spending something like 8 hours a day for around 6 months doing nothing buy playing tribes, I could shoot people out of mid air any time with any weapon. Shit, there were even times I hit people out of mid air with a freakin mortar. You play so much that you just do amazing things. Practice practice practice. But is it worth it? Probably not.
