This is beginner stretching routine, so anyone can follow along even if you consider yourself not to be flexible. For best results, I recommend following along to this routine daily or at least 3-5 times a week. ♡

Doing this for a month!!!
✅Day 1: As a non flexible person, I can say I was struggling BUT I was feeling some good stretch!! 10/10
✅Day 2: Today, it felt more easier *still sort of struggled but not as much as yesterday :>* and I still felt a good stretch from it!
✅Day 3: I felt a good stretch and I think I’m getting better at this!! It is becoming very easy to do now !
✅Day 4: I’m feeling very comfortable doing this now! I do feel a tiny bit more flexible as I noticed my legs can do higher than ever before!
✅Day 5: I didn’t get to do this yesterday, sorry!! But now since I missed a day, I kinda sorta struggled only a tad bit. I still felt pretty flexible though!
✅Day 6: I’m realizing I’ve been slacking recently, so I’m going to do this the moment I wake up!! I felt slightly more flexible because I could raise my leg higher than I could the day I began this!
✅Day 7: A WEEK!! Sometimes I forget to update this but I’ve been doing more than what I could at the beginning !! This seriously works but I’m not stopping yet! I haven’t gotten my splits ^^
✅Day 8: I haven’t done it in days but.. I was surprisingly more flexible and it did not hurt, AT ALL?? I WAS SO SHOCKED
✅Day 9: I didn’t get time to do these for a couple of days but I can now do them again! Still felt pretty easy and I’m still able to do better than I did
✅Day 10: IM SO SORRY IVE BEEN ON VACATION BUT I CAN SAY IS I CAN ALMOST DO IT!! I did do all these exercise while I was on there but I’m so close to doing it! I say about a week or 2 🎉🎉
✅Day 11: I did all without any break and it’s very easy now! I can see I can lift my leg up a lot higher than I could before, and before I couldn’t do the first few exercises but now I can do it with ease 😊
✅Day 12: I’m pretty consistent now 🎉
✅Day 13: Did it and it felt normal

@@laetitia.x sorry this is really late but it took me a couple months to get an oversplit. I already had my right split though
I was recommended this by my friend. I'm starting cheerleading and I really wanted to become flexible so I decided to try it. I'm already noticing a tiny difference on the first day! I'm going to do this for an entire month, lets see how it goes!
✅Day 1: I am very inflexible and I was having trouble but I felt such a good stretch from doing these moves!
✅Day 2: I am doing two of these today, the first one I felt much more stretch than yesterday, still pretty hard but I am looking forward to doing my stretches tmrw!
✅Day 3: It definitely felt a bit easier and I was surprised on how much I had improved in just 3 days! Looking forward to tomorrow!

For anyone who is going to say I copied another comment. I did see it and they never finished theirs so I figured I will do it myself to see how I feel myself and to help anyone who wants a overview of what it will be like!
yeah ikrr its so hard to keep urself motivated i did it on day 1 i was very unflexible day 2 i missed day 3 which is today i did half of the strech and just really cant stay determined to do the full one
@@MeganAndContent I keep myself motivated because at night is this time I am like "Ok you do it now" so that's one thing, next is that I have always wanted to become a cheerleader and I know this is going to help, lastly I set myself a goal and tell myself it will all be worth it.

i watch more than i comment but i want to comment my experience with anna’s stretches for inspiration for anyone who struggles believing in this. i never in my life thought i could do the splits but just by watching anna, and following along, i was able to in a month. i did lose confidence so i’m unable to do it now, but, it’s all about persistence, determination, patience, and motivation. hope this helps! and thank u anna!

Been following these à lot recently, I now have 2 flat splits and working on back flex! Can actually do a bridge now (I am so inflexible it takes a lot of work, like 8 weeks so far 😱) I hope to get 2 over splits by october and à better bridge
Doing this for a month
Day 1:✅it was quite easy in the beggining!!
Day 2:✅I was feeling little bit more comfortable!!

Ok guys get off the couch and do this stretch right now! It’s seriously amazing! I think it’s a little less than my level but it still feels good . I did Anna’s full body and abs workout and it saved my body. I’m going to try this everyday and see what progress I make!

I’m pretty flexible and I tried this bc i lost some flexibility cuz i don’t stretch rly anymore and the seal stretch was the only back one and it was too easy so my back didn’t get stretched and my hair kept getting messed up😂

Even though I get really frustrated bc sometimes I cant do the modified version I have to remember this will all pay off thank you anna💗
Day 1: the workout hurt my legs so bad✅
Day 2: hurt my legs started to want to give up✅
Day 3: the workout hurted less felt proud and felt a little flexible ✅(btw I’m not flexible I’m hoping I can become flexible I want to try out for cheer)
Day 4: it hurts a bit think I’m making progress ✅

But I also want to stay flexible so thank you for always being there for the fans!
