Tifo IRL had made a video on how De Zerbi is changing the premier league and how even Pep Guardiola has implemented a few of De Zerbi's tactics on his man city team on certain occasions. So if anybody wondering, he actually rates De Zerbi and it's not just sweet talks. Of course he can thrash Brighton because they're a ridiculously good team and on a blistering form but that doesn't take away his genuine appreciation fo De Zerbi.
I kinda agree with u a bit but De Zerbi himself said he liked Peps barça teams in an interview on sky.

Sometimes it feels like Guardiola is talking about himself. Most people never heard of De Zerbi before this season. Guardiola probably knew of him because coaches know of each other usually, but to most this statement sounds over the top. 😅

Honestly, from i have seen from Brighton. Their style of play similar to that of Man City. They like to have possession, they are comfortable with the ball. They lure in their opponents by playing from the back - involving the keeper. Then when space opens up they counter. Same thing with city just that most clubs let city have ball while they defend deep and wait city to make a mistake and pounce on it.
Yeah but City doesn't do the luring thing, that's entirely exclusive to Brighton and de Zerbi, that's what Pep is talking about (Tifo IRL also had good videos about it). Though I'm sure everyone's gonna start to copy them now.

Would love de zerbi at spurs. He’s better off staying at a well run club like Brighton but I just admire his style so much.
Their is no point for any manger to go to spurs that is willing to compete for trophies and I don’t mean to be disrespectful but the board had serial winners in Jose and conte yet nothing came out of it spurs as an organization needs a revamps in owners to change the culture of the club

De Zebri achieved something that Pep never has, achieving success without money. As for Brighton, they worked hard for their success, whilst City continue to financially dope and buy it.
