Thanks for going in the loft, no other videos show a person in there. It really helps to comprehend the size of the whole thing.
No problem!
I like the tiny home layout over typical RV ones. This is pretty good!
with such an enormous roof, there should be (maybe there is?) a massive solar array, and that would easily cover all your electrics, including an electric - rather than a gas - cooker = more sustainable AND more offgrid-capable.
A generator works too... Especially for camping you definitely wouldn't want to use this like a tiny house. It's not guna last a long... A camper needs you to take breaks and check out things and maintain a lot more than a tiny house.
@@ashleyburbank3129 Living in a 30' dual slide rv for 12 years now. Yes, you do have to maintain however, you do not need to "take breaks". Just maintain. On this one the huge fridge, dishwasher and washer are excessive and waste space.
Awesome RV ❤️
loved it 👍
Kyle, BEST video I've seen of this EVER!!!!! Great job!
Glad you liked it!
Can someone honestly answer This question,if u could spend a Colorado winter in this? While cabin being built? How is the insulation ? Also how long will the propane 2 tanks last u? If u are off grid for a month or so?. CAN ANYONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I watched at least 5 videos no one has covered these questions. PLEASE TY!
I really like it your presentation . Good job .
Cool on air in tire safety features. Love the outdoor shower and water pump.
We just saw this awesome trailer at the RV show in Salt Lake City.
Cool idea, since the outdoor shower plug in is close to the outside LP hookup, you could create a little outdoor kitchen with a sink with hit and cold running water plus your grill right there!
Only thing I thought I could stand upstairs but still love it
Excellent review.
Thanks for watching!
LOVE THIS RIG!! Only critique is PLEAAE SLOW DOWN ON THE VIDEO! 😮😂 You guys always miss showing some of the storage for US LADIES! We're the ones talking our fellas into the buy. ❤😮😊
Thanks for the tips!
One thing about couple sales is to cater to the woman. The woman holds the purse strings.
For only $40k dam that's lovely
Love it. Would have been great in my 20s and 30s. Also what watch are you wearing?
@Bullyan RV can you give me the height and length of the 1st lost that you showed. Length from the entrance to the end of the wall and the height from loft floor to ceiling. Just trying to get an idea of the living area since the other mini loft is def a lot smaller and better used for storage.
The finishes look like an RV
An OEM porch gate would be a valuable option (possibly with a center hinge)
I like this at first, I've gotten used to these with no loft and having a bedroom, but they are 40ft. But when you said other side could be storage that changed my whole mind and love this one now. These different models are great for full timers but have no storage. This does that other loft. You didn't mention price, or tank size.
The lofts are amazing for storage! All three tank sizes are 40 gallons! As for prices we do not have a sale price yet and manufacturers don't let us post them online anyways, but the MSRP is $56,011.
This goes for 39k down South at Camping World.
Last years are $30,000.
1/2 ton towable? Weight isn’t the only limiting factor. Length and height limit what can tow. That thing is a giant sail.
CORRECT! 13'6" tall and 30 feet long while maxing out the weight of a half ton.... Geesh, this guy really just wants to make the sale, forget about safety.
I’d buy one if there was a larger one to live in full time what a nice setup😮
There is a larger one with a bedroom on the main floor! We just posted a video of it check it out! ua-cam.com/video/jispODxDNso/v-deo.html
I love the concept but I hate that you would have to go up and crawl to your closet every time you want something. Change jackets, pants etc then you have to go down to change. Doesn't sound like a big deal but when you're used to quickly grabbing things it's not the same. But I do love the main floor, too bad they couldn't put the main bedroom there.
could you keep clothes in massive bathroom storage areas?
0:51 What kind of a small gate would you consider or suggest?
We suggest an extendable dog gate or baby gate that you can get online or at many retail stores. Similar to one uses to block off stairs at a house!
There are VERY few 1/2 tons that could safely/legally tow this rig. 11.24k GVWR & 1200 tongue weight
Exactly my thoughts as well. This should not be towed by anything less than a 3/4 ton pickup or larger. It's 13'6" tall, nearly 30 feet in length and will use every last bit of towing capability of even the beefiest half tons. The tall profile and longer length would spell disaster towing this with a half ton. Now I suppose if you were just towing on surface roads a few towns over it might be fine, but why risk it? Just buy the bigger truck. Half tons were made for soccer moms and city boys anyhow.
thank you! been wondering about this. I really want to get away with a Tundra, but have had my doubts with safety and going on dirt paths, uneven paths, and steep inclines. You think a 3/4 ton would do or should I look into a Diesel 350/3500?
@@spalacio Most gas 3/4 tons would be fine. Keep in mind that it's not just the tow rating to take into account. The tongue weight goes against the trucks payload rating as well.
if uvw is 7109lbs....would you really put 5k lbs of crap inside?
@@spalaciouvw is only 7109lbs, im planning on transporting with tundra
You said can be pulled by half ton?? My f150 is fine then??
Let it sit through one central South Dakota hailstorm, with all of those windows, then I might consider looking at one.
Can you please tell me if this is 30 amps if 120v or 50 amps of 240v ?
This requires a 50 amp service!
Does it come with screens on sliding door and windows? Thanks
No they do not unfortunately.
But where is the ladder to the second loft???
Love it but where is the storage underneath 😮
That is a downside. Since it is a destination trailer they don't give much outside storage in most destination trailers.
Yeah I fucking need one of these 😍
Let us know we still have one available!
The Sabre 38DBQ is the best RV for $45k or maybe any price, ever. Period.
5k lbs more...hmmmm
How long of daily use until this thing is falling apart?
1 week with kids. 😊
There is always one!
I want this! Where can I get this in southeast Georgia?
There are most likely Timberwolf Dealers around you! We are located in Duluth, MN if you want to come up here! give Kyle a call or text for more details!
Can you ship to Louisiana without it being pulled on the road
Give Kyle a call or text and he will explain how shipping works at our dealership. His number is 218-740-4964
Is that fridge 12v DC ?
The fridge is a Cannon 12V High Efficiency Fridge!
But where is the ladder to the second loft??
The second loft requires a Lippert extension ladder similar to the one used on the exterior to get on the roof.
CAN THIS B USED IN THE WINTER TIME ALSO?
With the high ceilings and a single A/C, I question if it can be used in the Summer! Windows and doors are cool looking, but provide 0 insulation. Winter would be out of the question. Propane guzzler.
yes, i luv it!
So is this a Rv ti pull with a truck. Or a permanent set R.v. & u guys don't have a privacy screen or a door upstairs, if it were kids/grand kids. And your a little outta breath. But luv luv Scott from go sm live lg,, just showed this.
the layout is great, but the materials look cheap. more wood and rusticity would make this a more attractive proposition.
The materials are kept lighter weight due to RV towing. This is not what you would really consider a tiny home and wouldn't be certified as such. RV units never have real timbers/wood.
Does it have solar and how much
50A or 30A?
This is a 50A!
Y'all realize you're gonna be crawling on your hands and knees in that loft bedroom, right?
Half-ton towable? Not a friggin chance!
I WILL NEVER CRAWL IN MY BEDROOM 100%
That sliding glass door looks like an invitation to thieves. Great destination model otherwise.
I actually just bought one and I live in it full time with my wife and 2 big dogs on a lake. The thing about the glass door being an invitation is true but most homes have a sliding glass door as well, I’ve lived in an rv for the past 5 years and not once has anyone tried to break in forcefully. If you leave your stuff unlocked sure! Lol but I doubt this would be a safety issue.
@@ChahtaAnumpaI am seriously about to purchase one for my land in MS. Since you bought one, can you say if it's a comfortable living space for full time. Hard to really guage from the vids. It's just me and I just need something for when I'm not traveling abroad. I'm thinking about enclosing the patio for added living space. Thanks
@@EdKaneInternationalMale so I’ve owned it enough to say that adding to it like a covered porch will be difficult since the anchor points are recessed deep inside the pillars but I was able to put netting up and that helped with bugs.
Other than that it’s comfy for a couple or single person. It’s small, but it’s got everything you’d need. I will say the major downside is that there really is no 4 season package that can handle fridgid temps. I live in Alaska and I’ve seen multiple times pipes crack open, or screws rip right out of something broken off cause the metal can’t hold up to the freezing temps. I’ve replaced most outside facing screws and such with stronger more resistant ones.
It insulates downstairs very well. Upstairs gets very cold and drafty so you almost always need the fireplace up there going just don’t be to close to it or it can burn you or like my situation my dog lol
Other than that it’s been great 👍🏻 my old camper lasted 4 months before the roof caved in from the snow accumulation one night.
This roof held about a foot on heavy packed snow before I got to it with my roof rake.
I couldn’t really tell you the performance of it during heavy heat since… I don’t normally get that lol but it works great here in Valdez at least lol
@@ChahtaAnumpa I really appreciate the prompt and detailed reply. I was a little concerned about the insulation and whether it would hold up in the winter months. Mine would be in Mississippi, so it doesn't get very cold, rarely below 30s, so good to know it would be comfy. I thought with the thin paneling exterior wall that it would not insulate good. Awesome info. It gets hot in the south, but the ac should hold up I'm sure. If not I could add a split unit. I just did a pre-approval for one online, hopefully I'll hear back tomorrow. How have the appliances and tv held up? Seems like they may be a little on the cheap side so was wondering. Like I said, it's just me so won't be much wear and tear and I travel a lot. Thanks again for all the info!
@@EdKaneInternationalMale appliances that broke quickly were the tv and the pull out table thing under the tv and then lastly the dishwasher. Everything else works great. I think the dishwasher died from the cold temps one night I forgot to plug in my spare 30lb propane tank and our main tank ran empty so we woke up to 18 degrees inside lol
So that was probably our fault.
The tv is garbage though id recommend almost immediately buying a new one since it lasted a day or two and just wouldn’t turn back on again.
The ac shouldn’t be an issue but alas I probably won’t ever really use it since it never gets warm enough to need it.
My wife brought up one other thing, be careful with the steps and make sure the paint wasn’t rubbed on install or you’ll get rusting that will make it very difficult to lift it back in if needed. We had to take a torch to the rusted bolts to replace them cause the paint was worn off completely down to bare metal by the time we even had it delivered. My wife sprayed it all back down with 3m anti corrosion spray after she got the rust off. So that wasn’t a huge issue just minor annoyance she mentioned.
How much is the retail price of this amazing unit?
This has an MSRP of $56,011, we do not have a sale price that we can post online so call or text Kyle for our sale price! His number is 218-740-4964!
Our local dealer in AZ is listing them at $45k
They were selling these this past weekend at the tinyfest show in Del Mar Ca for 38k
@@h20dawg1 Yep we now have a regular sale price at $37,995!
$40k
$37 900
How much
Unfortunately this one has sold already but we had it at a price of $37,995. The new ones we have on order may be more or less expensive we are not sure yet.
@@BullyanRV wow
It is NOT 1/2 ton towable.
I would totally buy this if my Tacoma could tow it. This camper is awesome.
Not much room for your clothes in the bedroom. Washer and dryer not really necessary. It just adds weight. That could be extra counter space. Extra bed is added weight and a waste of space. Lower the weight then maybe I could tow it.
huge fridge, dishwasher and washer are excessive and waste space.
THOSE DOORS FOR STORAGE ARE CALLED PIE SAFE DOORS! SOMETHING YOU YOUNG FOLKS DON'T KNOW ABOUT!
Is it considered a tiny house or a camper?
It is a Destination Trailer which is a camper
