If I remember correctly it grands access to a room with a dragon, and the path to it is hidden in the room with the heart I think, or in the cave system surrounding it
My suggestion is to check whether your game is updated (in your app store) and if there’s a stable internet connection. If you still get kicked the problem lies with BSP

You can check your settings on Bsp to see if you have it turned off
