They reminisce on his teammates Maxim Afinogenov and Drew Stafford, the pride of the fans of Buffalo, and which jersey was his favorite during his time in Buffalo.

(I've told this story in the comments of a Sabres' video before, so forgive me.)
I was at one of Ryan Miller's first starts, in San Jose. I was proudly wearing my Sabres jersey. I'd gone for a beverage, and as I was returning down the steps to my seat, the Sabres had just scored. I started chanting "Let's go, Buff-a-lo!" as the boos rained down. I think more than a few things were thrown at me. It's the closest I ever got to being a bad guy wrestler. Miller and the Sabres tied the Sharks 2-2, if memory serves.

The old school royal blue with “Buffalo” written across the chest is the best
Hasek and Miller... We came up short with two goats unfortunately but boy was it fun ride to be a part of growing up.

I agree with Ryan, I’m a darks at home kinda guy too-my whole philosophy is: darks at home establish dominance, and you should be the dominant team when you’re playing at home on your home ice! 👍🏻
I always loved the alternates in the 06-07 season. I think those making a return when they also premiered the slug kind of blinded me how ugly the slug was because I was so happy to see the original blue and gold again. The original logo perfectly illustrates the teams name which the slug and goat head don't do by not including the swords which to me feels essential.

I may buy a new jersey next year when the new supplier takes the reins-I like our current blue and gold HOME motif…might add a frontal # (I was always a big fan of those) on the chest for good measure though!
