That's still pretty bright! I wonder how long it takes after "expiring" to actually decay too much to be usable. I assume the glow time just gradually decreases, and the expiry is when they go below 4 hours.
Especially for the work they do, which is mostly making PDF files look clean, have subtitles for deaf people, and resurrecting pdf files for big companies that got corrupted on backup drives or something
I think it's a little too late for that tbh, I haven't had anybody dislike it in half a decade so I think that's a good fail rate. I like military styles.
Some older non electric Exit signs used to contain tritium gas in green glowing glass tubes that made up the letters. The radioactive gas allowed the signs to glow at all times without requiring an electrical source.
Any time I search I can't find these, although I find ones that might be the same thing. I see they sell 12" 15mm wide glow sticks like these on amazon for 2$ each, but I wish I could find the name.
Time to go to a rave now, haha!
those were all made in west springfield , ma . my hometown.

This makes me think of the glowing uranium rod from the intro for The Simpsons. I'm sure some people would use these for cosplay.
Those are super bright.
also, working from home is fantastic and def needs to be more readily available.

Those are the brightest glow sticks I’ve ever saw. My favorite activity is pouring the activated light juice into the back of a fan in the dark
Rin, this comes from a place of love. You have the wrong head for a beret. I cannot stay silent when somebody I respect looks silly.

@RinoaL ok. I will make peace with it
What a wild thing to say lol
Playing with radium is a great idea
I wish I lived near by, I would love some for my emergency bags

Everything used to be so much cooler when radioactive decay was involved.
Reminds me of the Inanimate Rod from The Simpsons XD
So cool!
Interesting, can you say something about the cost?
Or maybe the correct name and manufacturer?

Where is the area you live in?
