@@dragondojima remember also that argonians are also a little more, fluid in their forms, like khajiit are, but unlike khajiit being bound to the moons, the argonians are bound to the hist. Now, there is a likelihood that not all argonians develop the raspy voice. There's evidence between several of the games, a part in ESO as well, that suggests they can have far less rasp. Xelzaz does sound like he's got a bit of a rasp, but it's largely not there. I don't think his lack of a full rasp is immersion breaking.
