Res lawyer sir The following doubt clear the answer. One person wife ( have not child) filed the petition To the family court for divorce and husband countered the petition. In another case Husband filed the restitutional conjugal rights petition and wife counter petition filed. Coming on the trial date , wife continuesly absent. So judge dismissed the wife ' divorce petition and ordered Husband ' conjugal rights petition ( expartee decree) . IN the above two petition is too trial and pending in family court , wife filed the maintenance petition to JM court ( jurisdiction of wife have living place) from the Husband. Now the maintenance case is running. Husband work as good position. Two years ago , the family court ordered wife to live with the Husband. But Wife did not obey the family court order. Finally after ending the case, maintenance give or not give ? Pls explain
