Thank you for such a nice explanation. I am a researcher and a teacher working in Sweden. And, to be a good teacher, Pedagogy courses in Sweden are very much encouraged. In fact, they are mandatory for permanent positions/promotions. I just saw your videos (this and the next) on Kolb's experiential learning. I will continue to watch all videos related to Pedagogy.
