- The forest and the spirits of the woods have been a great help lately. Every time I am there, I feel immediate rest going through all my body. A deep relaxation, a feeling of being home. I am truly grateful for spending my time so close to nature and always being surrounded by the spirits of nature.
Today is a big day for me. After more than 6 months of work we finally release my new online course, the Handpan Fundamentals. It’s been a crazy ride and I encountered many moments of deep exhaustion and confusion.

I don't know why , but your first song made me cry. I started thinking about where I want to go , how do I have to live my life to have lived the right way. How to live correctly and successfully ? I realized that there isn't an answer on how to live a correct life , but to live this moment. Life is a blessing and we only got one chance. I believe that dogs even if they live shorter lives than we do from their perspective it's just as long as we perceive our lives. So life is short make it count , when you eat truly taste it , when you walk truly feel your body move , when you become immerse inside the experience of life , maybe you find something special unique to you. I hope this helps someone in need , when you question life and feel lost , don't worry about it , you are basically just experiencing one moment of confusion , this is your story. Confusion is part of it. You will sit there sometimes and ponder or be sad , but life is all about those changes , sometimes you fall but then you get up and keep going. Sometimes you are lost and confused , but then you find the answer and take a new path. Sometimes life seems unfair and you feel like there isn't a solution but then you embrace hardship and acquire strength. Please live life fully and always strive towards a better place

I’m 23, I usually like listening to all types of music from my hoodrat music, to screemo, to German indie music, to Arabic love songs I don’t necessarily understand, but recently music with words hasn’t been hitting my soul in the right way… It’s more unpleasant than pleasant to listen to sometimes because it just feels like it’s been adding to the chaos in my brain (which is true because it’s low vibrational music). But music like this, tuning fork music, and frequency music with no words feels healing and makes my brain/mental health issues feel less chaotic… Music heals if you let it

There is a spirit within music, what the music is speaking can really alter your mind/thoughts/mood... I feel you on music with vocals. As much as people may want to brush it off as bogus, the words in music carry a spirit and affect us so it makes sense you are experiencing this, I have myself. In the last year, I've been listening to more music like this and if lyrical, things with positive messages. You will be amazed at the room that is made within yourself for peace and contentment when you only feed yourself positive and/or calming music.
Be mindful of which types of music you listen to as your subconcious is taking in that chaos. As I have grown and shifted, I have been more mindful of what I listen to and consume.
When I'm depressed, I listen to Malte and his music just helps me through it, please don't ever stop making music. Your music is helping not just me but many.

This is one of my major issues with Christianity. If you have seen into an animal like I have you know they have a soul. I don't know if you'll ever read this, but your music has been helping me with my ADHD. I struggle to focus when I'm doing anything. I went through school recently and it was very hard for me to focus in class until I found your music by accident. It's like magic (is it the frequency this music plays?). It covers me with calmness and I start focusing. I've played every single video on your channel at least 4 times. I am sorry you have IBS. It's tough.
I can guess you've received words of suggestions of remedies from people many times. forgive me for doing so too.
Have you tried Slippery Elm? It has a long history for helping digestive system, gut, intestines.
Also, have you tried an elimination diet to give your digestive system a rest. And trying grain free.
I have IBS. I have found doing some of these things can help calm.
I think taking slippery elm has been helpful for sure. I have been taking it daily. I also take digestive enzymes too.
I have a friend whose husband has diverticulitis and had to have surgery. Before I even had mentioned slippery elm to her, she had been doing her own research on it and her husband is now trying it. Don't know yet if there's been any improvement yet, early days.
Like you say it is hard to completely eradicate. And there can be many reasons for unhealthy gut health. Bacteria, lack of enzymes,
Leaky gut syndrome, food sensitivities, unhealthy diet,
all kinds of things.
There may not be a cure as such, but I believe there is a way to calm things down and make things more manageable and life more liveable.
A "functional doctor" may be able to help, but those cost out of pocket money. Insurance doesn't cover holistic type medicine.
I hope you find ways to help your condition. It's not easy, I understand.
I have been doubled over in pain with stomach pain and cramping, toilet visits, bowel issues. Etc.
The challenges of traveling. All of that. I've been there.
Things have calmed down for me though. And symptoms are far less than they use to be.
I hope it does for you too.

I have Crohn's and tried a lot of things but SCD diet had helped a lot. I am on this diet for 11 years now. Pain has gone completely and blood test has improved just after 3 weeks. Don't give up 😊Try to find what will help you 🤗🤗🤗
