I thank God for your success. A lot of hard work but you are doing a great job. Good health, energy and joyful life is what i wish for you. Send my regards to your entire family. Part two please! Thank you
I can't wait to see this edifice done in all its glory. If anybody can do, it's you. The hand can accomplish what the mind can conceive. So, keep pushing, keep inspiring, a big ayekoo in advance, and shout out to all the workers, esp. Bishop Slim, the Banku chef.
Absolutely amazing work sis! You inspire so many people and God bless you. Can you please recommend an architect for us? There are so many on the market and we don’t know who to go for! We are currently in the UK. Thank you dear 👍🏽👍🏽🥰
I love the fact that everything was according to the plan, and it wasn't left to the head Mason to figure everything out. All the expertise needed in the building is being employed ❤. Wish you could build me my dream house 😅
Korewaa, what really fascinated me was the markings of the foundation, this leaves no room for error, very proud of you,I really love these construction part two videos,I’m following every vlog, thanks,May God grant you wisdom and knowledge through completion.
Best investment to build is a Duplex or a semi-detached dwelling that can be rented or airbnb that will provide some income coming in to to provide upkeep for the Houses/ Duplex
Part 2! Korewaa I know you are excited! How do you contain it? lol Your home is beautiful! The orchard is beautiful. You will be able to walk through it and pick fruit from any tree! Ok!, come through Garden of Eden (smile) Your project manager and team is awesome! Blessings to you and yours!
this is amazing. i am a Genaral contractor in new York and i own a vacation rental property in Ghana (SANAGA ESTATES). I love this channel and the dream. this is dope.
I observed professionalism at its peak. That happened because your eyes are always on them. How far with your poultry project? Any lessons to share so far?
In older age its nice to have a single storey ive seen many older people regretting 2 storey structures they built when they where younger because they dread going up and down stairs when older in age the semi attached duplex will also bring in passive income in older age ❤
Part 2 because i will start building in Capecoast early next year. So i want to see Part 2 3 until finished. Beautiful house. Good look on your journey. I will be watching.
Wow out of all the foundational videos I’ve watched for building in Ghana this is the most cleanest and organized I’ve seen. Please who were your contractors? And will you do a price breakdown for your project?
I find this video to be very cool. I love the fact that you are all in the mix. We are in the construction Phase of building a water park in Africa. We have content as well that we are just sitting on. I plan to show the building process too. I'll be watching part 2 soon..looking forward to it.
Please start developing your land if you bought land in this Area.!!! Most of us were inspired by Korewaa and honestly this place could be the next east legon. My fear is that i recently went to Ghana and noticed that people could loose their lands if you wait too long to develop it.Due to weather conditions and other natural occurrences most pillars used as land marks were broken, others could not be located.Thank God for google maps that took us to the right location the 2nd day after my cousin gave me the co.ordinates he had taken during allocation.Let’s also not forget the contract has a 2year re-entry stipulation if you don’t start something.Kudos Korewaa
New subscriber alert! This is such an awesome, faultlessly delivered video, and as someone raring to return home, I find this upload particularly inspirational. I'll wedger nothing beats that in-built satisfaction you felt walking and clearing the grounds of what would, someday, come alive with the sound of laughter and the patter of little feet as your children and family call it home. Well done, and please upload part 2. PS: I laughed at your self deprecation. I'm sure your tradesmen genuinely wanted you to be a part of the beautiful process when they checked through steps with you. Shalom sis.
I am planning to build in Ho soon and this is very informative to me. Also, I personally prefer to fence my land before building, it just gives me some privacy
@@Korewaa-GhBizGirl yes. I am from Keta and we have a place near the beach but Ho is just so green and beautiful with so much nature and good foods. lol.

Part 2 ooooooooooo 😊. 🎉✨️💥 On another note, I had my builder say the same thing about manual digging being "more accurate" than the excavator. I believe that thinking is rooted in two schools of thought. One; it's a way to ensure the diggers have work (which is fine, but turns out to be costly); and two, my wife believes, and I tend to agree, that it's a perpetuating myth so no one actually tries using the excavator. But as they say in Ghana 🇬🇭. WE MOVE 😁 Thanks for sharing. Your house is magnificent.💯✨️💥 Great innovation in your design. I know you can't wait to make it home. Cheers.
I did actually use the Excavator to dig the foundation for the garage and the retaining wall ... What happens is you need to get in labourers to dress the trench after the excavator digs, because it always ends up being crooked in certain areas and not leveled equally. And that is paying twice for the same job. So based on experience, I agree that the labourers digging is a better option and gives more jobs out...part 2 is coming up 👍🏾🙂
@@Korewaa-GhBizGirl Yeah we thought about that as well and conceded that making the impact trumps cost cutting. It pays dividends in more ways than one. These same workers will look out for you as a show of appreciation in the future. Job creation is a great seed to sow. 👊🏿
Thanks for sharing Korewaa. How many days did it take go from digging to the block laying? trying to get pieces of idea to help me plan my vacation and start working on a construction project
