    What kind of cloth does he uses and those leaves: we certainly don't have them here in France. By what can they be replaced?

      Those are banana leaves

      Any cloth that the tread weave isn't too dense will do. Like cheese cloth.
      The leave is banana leave. But you'll do fine using another layer of cloth. Just make sure that the beans aren't exposed to sunlight. Otherwise your bean sprouts would turn brownish and look unappetizing.

    It perishes very fast so don't sprout too many at a time.

      You can freeze them and use some of them to grow soy in your garden
