thus says the Lord to my spirit:
I tell you that you are my temple, that sanctuary that exists in your spirit and that is where I seek your worship, where I want my voice to find its echo, where I want my altar to rise and where I can dwell forever.
Years ago I got in to the new age movement.
Worst mistake ever. I believe that I unknowingly invited evil spirits in to my life as a result.
I eventually started having night terrors, sleep paralysis and other torments.
One day I decided to pray to Jesus for help.
In my sleep I remember being surrounded by a bright warm light.
Then I felt something leave my body. I felt a huge relief when it left. I believe that it was a tormenting spirit.
I could feel it try several times to get back in to my body until it finally left.
Praise the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. That's my abbreviated testimony.
Today marks the beginning of my victory. I trust in God.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever. 🙏
Oh Lord release me from my afflictions!!!

I travel through desert after desert seeing here and there some oasis but my burdens and struggles seems endless and even I don't know which way I have to step out. I have been struggling with stopping smoking 🚬 I went all day long , and then I finally had a cigarette. 🚬 I feel like I sinned again 😭
That’s just God’s Holy Spirit convicting you. You’re obviously a believer or it wouldn’t bother you. I had this happen to me when I gave in to temptation, over & over. I kept praying & soon gave up my sin to Jesus & I made up my mind, God strengthened my ♥️. Psalm 34:15
I'm struggling to I have COPD I smoked since 7 years old. Let's pray together Lord deliver godschild from smoking and all sickness. Give us a controlled mind. We will open our grasp of the cigarette and you take it from us never to hound our minds again . Amen

Keep trying. You can do it. Years ago I wanted to quit. I started by cutting down. I would go outside and light up and take 3-4 puffs. Then say this is killing meand disgusting. I eventually was able to stop. My husband and father in law who was a chain smoker ( used that nicotine Patch) I didn’t even know my husband was going to. Try to replace the oral sensation with drinks of water and sugarless candy. I had to do this because I didn’t want to gain a bunch of weight. I send you much love and blessings I your struggle with this. I still struggle with the sugar addiction and at times fall off that wagon and get a big thing of cotton candy or nerds . 😢 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
