Don’t even look at your phone until 8AM. That’s where the discipline starts. Prove to yourself you can do that.

How many contracts did you go in with? You could have gotten in with 1 contract maybe and then when it pulled back added to your position? I feel your pain. I had the same thing happen to me yesterday on NQ. Went short right before NY open and it ripped higher lol. Stopped out and then when the market opened, it did exactly what I wanted it to do! Frustrating. My only suggestion is start with 1 con.
I had the same issue, seem like you have FOMO, ill suggest when the market is close, go through the charts and see how many more good trades you couldve taken, that will help with being patient
