Hikvision 4.30.60 GUI Factory Default

Right click on the screen and click "Menu"
Click the "Maintenance" button in the top right (circle with an "i" in it)
Click "Factory Defaults" to reset all settings
Click "Restore to Inactive" to reset admin password
